- representation and counselling in complex international and domestic arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings regarding companies and their business operations;
- representation and counselling in complex domestic and international commercial and other disputes regarding companies and their business operations;
- legal due diligence and legal counselling regarding company’s business operations as well as ensuring and monitoring compliance, and representation in proceedings before the competent authorities and agencies;
- legal counselling, drafting documentation and representation regarding takeovers, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other statutory changes of companies;
- legal counselling regarding all types of transactions in everyday business operations, as well as representation in complex disputes within the jurisdiction of the commercial courts;
- drafting all types of general acts, commercial contracts, and payment insurance instruments;
- drafting documentation for incorporating and registering companies, NGOs, foundations, and institutions with the court and other corresponding registries, as well as executing entries and representation in statutory issues;
