- tracing, protecting and monitoring the validity of domestic and international trademarks and patents, representation and counselling in registration, protection of copyrights, and domain registration proceedings;
- representation in disputes before court related to the protection of intellectual property rights
- legal counselling regarding telecommunication legislation, and compliance and licensing issues;
- legal counselling regarding advertising and media legislation and representation in all kinds of proceedings regarding media;
